AUTHENTIC
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
In the crowded landscape of wellness centers in Kochi, Ayurveda Sanctum stands out by prioritizing clinical integrity over mere spa aesthetics. Having recently undergone their Total Ayurveda Experience Package II, I found it to be one of the most comprehensive and authentically executed sequences available in the region.

RELAXING + FACILITY
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I booked a massage here, tried Marma for the first time. It was sooooo relaxing, I fell asleep. Krishna is an excellent practitioner applying a good amount of pressure. Felt amazing and slept well that night.
Room was clean and relaxing, as was the reception.
I would recommend this place for a massage. Wish I had time to try a facial!

Michael was super good and very kind and professional! I had 3 other abyanga massages throughout Kochi and his was by far the best. Great technique, unique techniques, and has consistency and balance. I wanted to extend my session longer but he already had 4 other appointments. For good reason. Highly recommend. Also, + for having A/C. Also for having a shower because I was going to the airport shortly after and didn’t want to be too oily and herb smelling.

But if you want to take shower immediately, we have shower rooms attached and you can have shower here itself.
